We insist on well-balanced and thought out business plans which must include detailed estimates of cash flow, revenue generated on the principal(s) own initiative, proof of existing orders or engagements, detailed information on the suitability and experience of management and an indication of the future focus and/or diversification of the company.
Principals must be dynamic and willing to demonstrate an ability to commit personal or alternative funds to the companys initial capital.
Business Plan
In the current economic environment, business plans need to be realistic with achievable goals. When developing a plan you should cover the following:
- Business mission
- Competitive position
- Target marketing
- Sales and marketing plan
- Operational plan
- Costs and revenue forecasts
